Way to go Tonksy & Scottie! Some astute picks to win this season’s pool for the first time as a team. (Their sixteenth year together. Only Derek & Brian A. have been together longer in the pool.) Jim T. won his first two years in the pool back in 2001/02 with Kerry and thought it was sooo easy.

After a quick read over breakfast, the new PGA Tour structure does not take effect until the 2028 season. So, the 2027 will be pretty much the same as this year: 8 signature big money events, majors, other full field events, three FedEx Cup Playoff events with dwindling field sizes (70, 50, 30), totalling 36 events for the season through the Tour Championship. No Hawaiian events in the 2027 schedule, so the season starts January 21, 2027 in Palm Springs. Q-School finishes Dec 13, 2026 so we should be able to find a date for the Draft in there somewhere.
